Selection of photographs of Palethorpes Factory, dating from the turn of the century. Established in 1852, their varied types of sausages, such as Royal Cambridge, were favourites of the nation. They opened a shop in Dudley Market Place in 1873 and had an additional site in Dudley Port. They continued to make sausages up until 1966.
