An engraving of Wesley and the Mob - Wenesbury October 20th 1743 during the Wednesbury riots, by Marshall Claxton. The mounting block from which John Wesley preached, when in Wednesbury, was formerly situated in High Bullen but was removed in 1891 and now stands in the grounds of the new Springhead Methodist Chapel.
